Happy San Isidro Tea is inspired by a book that my grandmother used to use. It is a refreshing tea that calms discomfort of the digestive system and gives a feeling of calm and happiness, the sweet and aromatic tones remind us of the herbal teas and aromatic herbs widely used in Latina America. The continuous use of this tea can help you improve the quality of sleep and offers a feeling of well-being in general.
Ingredients:
Mentha Spicata, Melissa Officinalis, Aloysia citrodora, Origanum majorana, Ocimum basilicum, and Stevia rebaudiana
Spearmint, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Marjoram, Basil and Stevia
Instructions:
• Place 1 full tablespoon of tea in the filter of the kettle
• Pour 10-16 oz of boiling water
• Let the tea steep for 10 minutes- 8 hours. The longer you let the tea steep, the stronger the flavor and the more the benefits of the plants are absorbed.
• You can drink all the tea during the day, hot or cold.
