About the event
Join us for an open-air dinner and farm tour at the 600 acres Old Buffalo Ranch
Activities include:
- Welcome cocktails--Craft cocktails made with wild foraged ingredients from the farm.
- Farm tour/pasture walk--We'll introduce you to our herd of Red Angus beef cattle and explain the environmental and health benefits of our approach to beef production.
- Open-air farm dinner--Coocked on Wood-fired, buffet-stlye dinner featuring seasonal, locally raised farm produce, wild foraged plants, and grass-fed local meats.
- After dinner, hang around and enjoy what we hope will be a beautiful evening.
